If you wish to make a donation and/or purchase any product or service made available through the website (“Donation” or “Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Donation or Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. The website may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Donations or Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your donation or order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your donation or order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the website. We may experience delays in updating information on the website and in our advertising on other websites. The information found on the website may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the website and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the website. Termination

Gift Policy Standards
Creatives On Release Foundation, Inc. (“COR Foundation” or “our”) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that solicits and accepts gifts that are consistent with our mission.
Donations will generally be accepted from individuals, partnerships, corporations, foundations, government agencies, or other entities, without limitations.
In the course of our regular fundraising activities, COR Foundation will accept donations of money, real property, personal property, stock, and in-kind services.
Certain types of gifts must be reviewed prior to acceptance due to the special liabilities they may pose for COR Foundation. Examples of gifts which will be subject to review include gifts of real property, gifts of personal property, and gifts of securities.
Refunds are available for 15 days after a donation is processed. Thank you for your support of COR Foundation.
Donation Refund Policy
If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to COR Foundation, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation.
To request a refund, email donations@cor-foundation.org. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Creatives On Release Foundation, Inc. (“COR Foundation”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) thanks you for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from COR Foundation.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Sale items can be refunded.
